The End of Giants-Dodgers

The Giants have never been worse against the Dodgers. It's certainly felt that way this season—but the numbers back up the feeling.

Sunday's loss wrapped up a season series in which the Giants won only four of 19 games against L.A.

That's their worst-ever performance against their rivals.

The Dodgers outscored the Giants by 44 runs over those 19 games. When the Giants needed to be at their best, they were simply at their worst—even off the field.

The Giants had to apologize for a stand inside Oracle Park selling Dodgers gear.

The season needs to end.
