Games like Sunday’s are supposed to be weird. It’s hard to sweep a series. Even with your ace on the mound, facing a guy with three starts and a 5.23 ERA to his name. The Baseball Gods crank the dial for these games. Logan Webb gets lit up while Joan Adon throws the game of his life.

None of that happened. Instead, the Giants finished off the Nationals in a 12-3 rout. They're one of the top-scoring teams in baseball. Their DH's have two extra-base hits. And they play one game vs. Milwaukee before going home. Weird.
